Data center supply chain tracker
The constraints between an announced campus and a live one: equipment lead times, the commodities that price the build, and how each tracked sector of the supply chain has performed. Refreshed from the daily scrape.

Why lead times decide the schedule
Capacity does not arrive when a campus is announced; it arrives when the long-lead equipment does. Main power transformers, switchgear, generators and chillers set the critical path on most builds, and their quoted lead times move well ahead of the capex guidance that shows up in filings. Every lead time here carries the publisher that stated it and the date of the report behind it; figures without a current source are cut rather than carried.
