Microsoft will invest $1 billion in a data center campus on Huffaker Road east of Fouche Gap Road in Floyd County; the development authority authorized industrial revenue bonds and a 12-year abatement, with roughly a year of design, a year of preparation and 16-18 months of construction projected.
