Project description
Microsoft announced an AI and cloud campus of about 2 GW in Pecos, Reeves County, to be built out over 5 to 7 years. Power comes from Project Kilby, a gas plant co-developed by Chevron, Engine No. 1 and GE Vernova that scales to 2.67 GW, with first power by 2028.
