Microsoft announced a ~2 GW AI/cloud campus in Pecos, Reeves County, built out over 5-7 years and powered by the co-developed Project Kilby gas plant (Chevron, Engine No. 1, GE Vernova) scaling to 2.67 GW, first power by 2028.
