The site plan shows Google building an 855,846-sq-ft campus of three 285,282-sq-ft data center buildings in multiple phases on about 307 acres at 2700 Bermuda Hundred Road. At its August 2025 $9B Virginia announcement, Google said construction was under way and that projects typically take 18 to 24 months.
