Project description
Checked this session: New Project Media (Dec 1, 2025) names two AWS campuses in Jerome Township, one at 8657 Warner Road and one under development at 8619 Industrial Parkway (the tracked Industrial Parkway row); WOSU (Sept 9, 2025) says Amazon has two current data centers in the township and residents complain of noise from the existing ones; Marysville Journal-Tribune (Feb 20, 2021) reports Jerome trustees rezoned 99.5 acres on the south side of Warner Road, west of Industrial Parkway, for Amazon. Checked this session: EPA ECHO lists CMH086 at 8815 Warner Rd, Plain City (Ohio EPA proposed Title V P0137358, 131 emergency generators); that it is the same campus as 8657 Warner Road is inferred from the road and township.
