Amazon is seeking Walla Walla County approval for three single-story ~220,000 sq ft AI data center buildings on 134 acres in the Port of Walla Walla's Wallula Gap Business Park, the first of four phases of a $4.8B plan (code-named Project Tree) for up to 16 data centers on 554 acres bought from the port for $36M in Feb 2026.
