AWS plans an 18-building campus (each ~220,000 sq ft, 3.96M sq ft total) on a 601-acre site along Wayne Madison Road and Hawkins Road near a Duke Energy substation and the 692 MW Madison gas plant; the land was being annexed into Trenton.
