Project description
AWS plans an 18-building campus on a 601-acre site along Wayne Madison Road and Hawkins Road, near a Duke Energy substation and the 692 MW Madison gas plant. Each building would be about 220,000 sq ft, for 3.96M sq ft total. The land was being annexed into Trenton.
