Project description
Amazon is building five data centers and support buildings, 1.25 million sq ft in all, on 85 of the 439 acres it bought along Beech and Miller Roads in early 2023. Phase 1 carries $1.8 billion of buildings and $1.7 billion of equipment and sits inside AWS's $7.8 billion central Ohio program. Construction runs from 2025 to completion by the end of 2030.
