Project description
Amazon is building five data centers and support buildings, 1.25 million sq ft, on 85 of the 439 acres it bought along Beech and Miller Roads in early 2023. The Phase 1 project carries $1.8 billion of buildings and $1.7 billion of equipment inside AWS's $7.8 billion central Ohio program, with construction from 2025 and completion by the end of 2030.
