Stafford County approved Amazon's two-building campus of about 510,000 sq ft at 123 Old Potomac Church Road in Dec 2023, and a revised ordinance in Aug 2026. DEQ permitted Amazon Data Services gen-sets for the IAD-350 and IAD-351 data centers there on 2025-03-27.
