Project description
Louisa supervisors approved $87.9M of water/sewer infrastructure for two AWS campuses; Northeast Creek Technology Campus covers ~830 acres of a 1,444-acre tract south of Route 33 and east of Mt. Airy Road with 10 data centers (~3.28M sq ft) in phase 1 and a minimum 700 MW; infrastructure due June 2026.
