Pre-construction meeting for the 153-acre Lake Anna Technology Campus at Kentucky Springs Road and Haley Drive next to North Anna: seven standard data centers (1.7M sq ft), two specialty buildings, two 300 MW substations, minimum 420 MW; Clark Construction expected to break ground within weeks, first building late 2025/early 2026, full buildout four to five years.
