Project description
The Black Sea AI Gigafactory is a 5 billion euro initiative to make Romania an Eastern European center for high-performance computing. It'll be built near Cernavoda's nuclear power plant on a 1.5 GW energy mix of nuclear and renewable sources, and it plans to deploy 100,000 AI accelerators serving the Black Sea region.
