Project description
Microsoft is building a $420 million, 245,000 square foot data center on about 197 acres at 3287 Beech Road, inside the City of New Albany but in Licking County. It is the most advanced of the three Licking County sites: crews began foundations in 2025 and site work was nearing completion by July 2026, with completion reported for the end of 2027.
