Project description
Microsoft owns a roughly 197-acre site at 3287 Beech Road in New Albany, Ohio, in Licking County, where it planned a $420 million, 245,000 sq ft data center. Microsoft put construction on hold in April 2025 but kept site preparation going, and its July 2026 update said the site work by Ames Construction was nearing completion. Microsoft says future development phases are planned but has not given a date to start building the data center.
