Project description
Microsoft's $1 billion Licking County program covers three sites: 227 acres on Thornwood Drive in Heath, 223 acres on High Street in Hebron, and a 200-acre, 245,000 sq ft site in New Albany ($420 million). Paused in April 2025, construction resumed in February 2026 with Heath and Hebron targeting completion in November 2026 and the New Albany site in preparation. Microsoft agreed to take no real-estate tax abatements at Heath or Hebron.
