Project description
Microsoft is building on more than 200 acres west of Ohio 79 between North High Street and Canyon Road in Hebron, one of three Licking County sites it paused in April 2025 and restarted in February 2026. Site preparation and substation work were underway by July 2026, with Ames Construction as general contractor. Local filings describe up to six buildings and up to $3B of investment.
