Project description
TikTok's Thai unit is building out server, storage and processing capacity in leased data centers across Bangkok, Samut Prakan and Chachoengsao. In January 2025, Thailand's Board of Investment approved THB 126.8bn, about $3.8bn, for data-hosting services, with operations slated to start in 2026. The board then approved a further THB 842bn, about $25bn, expansion in May 2026, the largest single project in that approval round. ByteDance hasn't disclosed capacity, so the row carries none.
