xAI's Colossus 2 campus in Memphis gets its giant batteries from Tesla, which means Elon Musk's data center buys grid storage from Elon Musk's car company. The Megapack order runs past $375 million. Supermicro builds the racks inside. Nvidia sells the GPUs. I started writing down who supplies these campuses and the list kept growing, so we gave it a page of its own.

What's on the data center supplier map, and what we left out
The map covers 44 projects so far. Behind them sit 171 supplier links across 34 tickers. We left the owners out on purpose. Everyone already knows Google builds Google data centers. We want to know who ships the transformers, who trucks in the generators, and who sells the optics and the memory.
Our tracker follows 362 projects, and 44 of them have at least one sourced supplier link. A link only exists when a company gets named in a filing, an earnings call, or a press release about the site. We don't guess based on proximity. The map grows every time a supplier brags on a call, and lately they've been bragging a lot.
Power equipment dominates the data center supplier links
Sort the 171 links by role and power gear wins easily. Memory suppliers show up 28 times, mostly Micron and SK Hynix. Optical transceivers show up 15 times. Gensets, switchgear, and liquid cooling stack up right behind them. Roughly half the map is power and cooling hardware. The buildout is an electrical project with servers inside.
My favorite new link is Talen, which is selling Amazon 1.92 gigawatts of nuclear power from its Susquehanna plant under a deal that runs to 2042. That power feeds the AWS campus next door in Salem Township, Pennsylvania.
Which companies book the revenue
The hyperscalers are on pace to spend a consensus $527 billion on capex in 2026. This page names who invoices against it. Eaton supplies switchgear at Fairwater, at Meta's Prometheus, and at both Northern Virginia campuses. Its data center orders grew 85% last quarter. Powell booked a $400 million data center order in a single quarter. Vertiv carries a backlog above $15 billion and shows up wherever liquid cooling does. One caveat, and it's printed on the page too. A supplier link tells you a company's on the job. It doesn't tell you the size of the job, because most awards never get a public dollar figure. What you get is attribution. When Fairwater's next phase breaks ground, sixteen tickers have already told you they're in the building.
Musk gets to be his own biggest supplier. Everyone else's suppliers are on the map.
