Project description
The Indianapolis MDC approved a land use variance for Sabey's 900,000 sq ft, 250 MW data campus on 130 acres at Kentucky Avenue and Camby Road; Sabey estimates up to $4 billion of investment. On 2026-09-16 the MDC passed the Economic Revitalization Area and deal terms, and the project is exempt from the Indianapolis moratorium.
